Responsible for managing daily business operations, optimizing processes, and ensuring all contracts and agreements comply with legal standards and company policies. This role requires a strategic thinker, excellent organizational, negotiation and communication skills.
Main Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.
- Implement corrective actions as needed to address performance gaps.
- Negotiate contract terms with customers, suppliers and partners.
- Draft, review and finalize contracts to ensure they meet organizational standards and legal requirements.
- Maintain a database of all contracts and agreements.
- Ensure all contracts comply with laws, regulations and company policies.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with contracts.
- Review contracts regularly and address any compliance issues.
- Serve as the primary contract point for contract-related inquiries and disputes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Law or other related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business operations and contract management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to contracts.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
