Business Operations and Contract Management Manager

Responsible for managing daily business operations, optimizing processes, and ensuring all contracts and agreements comply with legal standards and company policies. This role requires a strategic thinker, excellent organizational, negotiation and communication skills.

Main Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.
  • Implement corrective actions as needed to address performance gaps.
  • Negotiate contract terms with customers, suppliers and partners.
  • Draft, review and finalize contracts to ensure they meet organizational standards and legal requirements.
  • Maintain a database of all contracts and agreements.
  • Ensure all contracts comply with laws, regulations and company policies.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with contracts.
  • Review contracts regularly and address any compliance issues.
  • Serve as the primary contract point for contract-related inquiries and disputes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Law or other related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business operations and contract management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to contracts.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
