Job Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and amend various contracts and agreements.

- Organizing and maintaining legal files and records,ensuring all documents are filed correctly.
- Conducting legal research to support company’s project requirements.
- Communicating with clients and external parties.
- Ensuring compliance with legal procedures and regulations.
Requirements
- Legal degree or equivalent legal qualification. 2 years of experience practicing law, preferably in corporate law.
- Comprehensive understanding of corporate law, contract law, and regulatory frameworks.
- Good writing and verbal communication skills.
